*For 30+ days booking, the 'starter' bathroom and kitchen supplies will be provided to allow time for you to settle-in and get familiar with the area. Groceries and convenience stores are walking distance.
We're also happy to help accommodate your temporary guests/visitors not included in the booking provided advance notice is given. There's an additional per person/night charge.
*There is an additional $50.00 cleaning fee (on top of the Advertised cleaning fee) for those with pets. Pet rent is $25/pet/month. Only cats and dogs are allowed, maximum two pets please.
***This booking is for up to 2-person occupancy. There's an additional charge of $300/person per month for up to 4 occupants. The 3rd and 4th occupants need to be included in the original booking so that we may prepare the beddings and additional supplies to accommodate all occupants.
